Capable artists, masters of their trade, joined in a top-notch duet in which the guitar was an equal partner or a firm support, showing not only a superior knowledge of the chosen pieces, but also excellent preparation in mutual harmony, musicality and temperament along with brilliant details of the motif and melodic segments, precise rhythm, ample dynamics and agogics as well as profiled stylistic characteristics. The beauty of the tone, phrase and leading of arches into impressive wholes created an excellent impression. In short, it was one of the best concerts of the Zagreb Summer Evenings, appreciated by the audience with long and loud applause.
